Integrations

Workstride sits beside the systems your organisation already runs: your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, ESS Web, a finance system, SMS, and the Australian Business Register and award rates behind every placement check.

Every card already shows its own status; this just narrows the list. Most pages carry more than one.

Compatibility, not partnership

Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are named on this page only to say what Workstride works with. None of them endorses, certifies or partners with Workstride, and naming them is not a claim that they do.

Every connector on this page is built and tested against a synthetic tenant on sample data. Where a page says a live directory or a live finance system still needs checking, treat that as the current position, not a formality.

Note

Xero and MYOB connectors, card statement matching, a network route for BI tools, and file picker screens for OneDrive, SharePoint and Drive are all planned, not built.

Questions about integrations

Does Workstride replace our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription?

No. Workstride connects to the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace your organisation already runs. Staff keep signing in with the identity they already have, and calendars, mail and chat stay in your own tenant.

Can we use these integrations with participant data now?

No. Using Workstride with participant data first needs DEWR to accredit the Workstride system and us to hold a Third Party IT Vendor Deed, then your organisation's written approval from the Department (Part A 7.2.2).

Which finance and payroll systems does Workstride connect to?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or a daily CSV export to any system that can import one. Xero and MYOB connectors are planned, not built.
