How to read the status words

Three words appear beside every capability below. They mean the same thing everywhere on this site.

  • In the buildA first version exists and runs on sample data. No provider uses it yet.
  • PlannedOn our roadmap, not built yet.
  • Waiting on approvalNeeds a decision from the Department or DEWR, a supplier agreement, or legal sign-off.

So nothing here is left off this page by accident, every capability is listed, whichever page explains it in full.

Four surfaces

Four surfaces, one product

Everything above runs through one of four surfaces. Three are built; the employer portal is a labelled sketch.

  • The staff workspace

    In the build

What your consultants, managers, claims and finance teams, Security Contact and administrator use every day, scoped to their role and sites.

  • The participant portal

    In the build

Participants see their appointments, upload documents you ask for, show interest in jobs and contact your team, under your brand.

    Participant portal

  • The public jobs board

    In the build

A public jobs board on your own web address, listing vacancies with job search structured data.

    Employers and jobs

  • The employer portal

    Planned

An employer contact sending hours and seeing their own vacancies without calling your team. A labelled sketch, not a working screen, today.

    Employers and jobs

One product

One product, configured for your organisation.

Workstride is one product built for every Inclusive Employment Australia provider, configured with your name, colours, roles, sites and connectors. What one provider asks for goes into Workstride for everyone, never into a private version.

What stays in ESS Web

ESS Web (the Department's IT Systems) stays the system of record for Inclusive Employment Australia. Results, notes, claims and exits are entered there until the Department grants web services under the vendor deed.

    Deed and Guidelines map

Clause by clause, with what Workstride does about each.

See it on sample data, with the people building it.

A walkthrough covers the parts of Workstride your teams would use, the status of each one, and the approval steps your organisation takes.

Using Workstride with participant data first needs DEWR to accredit the Workstride system and us to hold a Third Party IT Vendor Deed, then your organisation's written approval from the Department (IEA Guidelines Part A 7.2.2).

Workstride is new, and we are inviting Inclusive Employment Australia providers to help shape it before launch. Help shape Workstride.

  3. The walkthrough

Sample data only, with the status of every part said out loud. Nothing about your participants is asked or needed.
