How the scoring works
Each task carries a state (breached 50 points, due today 35, warning 20, running 5), money at stake on a log scale capped at 40, 10 points for each escalation step reached and 2 points a day overdue capped at 10, added together and capped at 100. My work ranks a day by this score, highest first. The rungs that route a breached item are a Workstride default: the site manager after 24 hours past due, the tenant administrator after 168.
"A normal morning" and "Claims week" are Sunita Pillai's own Wollongong tasks. "Cover while Marcus Byrne is away" adds two of his Dubbo items: Marcus is away from 15/09/2026 to 21/09/2026, Bree Whitehead covers his caseload, and two of his items have already climbed to Joanne Fairweather, the NSW site manager, who has asked Sunita to help clear them.
